You will study at two universities of the consortium.

All students must provide proof of level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Students studying at CEIPI (Strasbourg) must also demonstrate level C1 in French and students studying at UC3M (Madrid) must demonstrate level B2 in Spanish.

You must select one track.

The tracks are called ‘IT & Data Law‘, ‘Creative Industries‘ and ‘Industrial Property Law‘.

Yes, there are. Each year, the consortium awards a certain number of scholarships to outstandingly qualified applicants. However, there is no entitlement to receive a scholarship.

Yes, the Programme leads to a jointly awarded dual degree diploma (dual degree) from each of the two Consortium Partners where the student has studied.

All graduates receive the Joint MIPDaL certificate in June of every academic year at the Summer IP Conference which hosts the graduation ceremony.
